Are symbolically embodied from planes to solids
in STUDIO FROM 30. Members of FROM 30 are directly and
passionately involved in STUDIO FROM 30, everything from
the original design to planning and management.
There are no limitations on activities at the STUDIO.
This is the place to express what we think amusing and
highly interesting. For example, this is the place to present
works created together with artists who impress us with
their excellent talent and design concepts ; for the introduction
of beautiful folk art produced in the mountains of Mexico
which have never before been seen in Japan; for the sale of
furniture designed by us after negotiation with overseas
manufacturers ; and for a powerful performance of Japanese
drums by own members.
This is the space where we can "enjoy" ourselves however,
strangely enough, people come to this place where we enjoy,
and "what we enjoy" becomes the trend before anyone knows it.
STUDIO FROM 30 is the "jack-in-the-box" of FROM 30,
the place in which nobody knows what's coming out next,
and it acts as the base for dispatching the latest information.
STUDIO FROM 30 will further expand the range of
its activities, becoming an energetic space for
the development of unique and diverse ideas,
not to be restricted by existing ideas and systems.
